Join us for an hour of breath work, gentle stretching and guided meditation focused on bringing your mind in alignment with your heart space.
We’ll start with some conscious breathing techniques to open our airways and then move into relaxed yoga stretches to prepare our bodies to sit. Continuing to use the breath as a bridge between the body and the mind, we’ll finish with a short meditation.
